Viticulture
Les falaises calcaires, majestueuses, se jettent dans la mer. Le Golf de Saint-Florent, tout près, baigne les vignes de ses embruns iodés. Au cœur du vignoble de Patrimonio, San Angelo veille sur cet environnement privilégié. Réduction des intrants, travail des sols, enherbage naturel…autant de techniques pour en délivrer une expression pure.

Vinification
Les raisins sont récoltés à la main et à maturité optimale. Ils sont ensuite vinifiés de manière traditionnelle, en cuves inox. Ce n’est qu’après une macération d’un mois qu’ils pourront à nouveau reposer en cuves, laissant la palette aromatique se développer tout doucement.
Notes de dégustation
Sa robe grenat profonde et lumineuse laisse place à un bouquet riche en notes de cuir, maquis, cassis, violette et sous-bois. A la fois fruité et toasté, généreux et puissant, charnu et reposant sur des tanins structurants, un Niellucciu intéressant digne de l’appellation Patrimonio.
